The Kingdom of Bhutan in 2006: Modernization is finally here, Bhutan is the last country in the world to have access to television and the Internet.
And then there's the biggest change of all — democracy. In order to teach the people in the country how the elections actually work, the government is staging a test election, but the inhabitants do not seem to be really convinced. On their journey through rural areas, where religion counts more than politics, a government official comes across a monk who is planning a mysterious ceremony for election day.
